Modifications to the DCS Control System at the Crvenka Sugar factory

The project included upgrading the existing supervisory control system to the current version of the Yokogawa Centum VP environment, full automation of Candle Filters and revision of the automation of Sibomat filters. Project implementation included the following activities:

Preparation of technical documentation for rewiring the Sibomat filter equipment into the existing DCS cabinets.
Development of the DCS application for automatic operation of Candle and Sibomat filters (logic functions, graphical displays).
Replacement of workstations, installation and upgrade of the Centum VP environment.
Technical support during testing and commissioning of the system.
